• design photo or image references send by client
• all images or photos can be send by online chat or email
• processing time varies depends on the design
• pricing is confirmed after quote is confirmed 
• select size, nail shape and nail length
• for custom sizing, please enter your size for each finger, if unsure about your finger/nail sizes, feel free to get a free press on nail size kit or measure your self using measuring tape
• we will send a photo of completed design nail set for approval prior to sending the actual nail set via mail
• return is eligible for all unworn or unused nail sets within 7 business days of receiving the order
