Domestic US Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders above $25. For domestic return, merchandises must be their original condition (new, unused and unwashed) and returned within 30 days of the package receive date as per the tracking status. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Please repack the item(s) and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or pouch and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location. Please allow up to 5-7 regular bank business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. 

​WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Regular processing time is within 24 hours. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), paring with the carrier tracking number.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

United States domestic shipping time:
  • Standard: via USPS 3-5 business days for shipping transit
  • Priority: via USPS 1-3 business days, rates calculated at check out

RETURN:

  • US return: free
  • international return: paid by customers

International Shipping & Returns

For international shipping, courier fee will be charged at the checkout. Shipping fees vary for different countries. For international returns, the return postal fee will be deducted from the final refund.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find your order’s status and shipment tracking number in the “my orders” section in “my account”. If you are not registered, please check the tracking number in the confirmation email from us.
