Domestic US Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders. For domestic returns, merchandises must be their original condition (new, unused) and returned within 14 days of the package receive date as per the tracking status. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Please repack the item(s) and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or pouch and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location. Please allow up to 5-7 regular bank business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Regular processing time is within 24 hours. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), paring with the carrier tracking number.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

United States domestic shipping time:
  • Standard: via USPS 3-5 business days for shipping transit
  • Priority: via USPS 1-3 business days, rates calculated at check out

RETURN:

Return accepted on all UN-USED nail products or nail glue, due to health protocol and hygiene purpose. If product is un-used (not buffed or glued to finger nails), customer can choose to return the product for a full refund within 14 business days.

NOTE: Melange Blanc is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Melange Blanc is not responsible for delays related to the courier. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  

International Shipping & Returns

For international shipping, a flat fee of $5.99 USD will be charged at the checkout. Shipping transit time vary for different countries. For international returns, customer is responsible for the return postage fee. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping transit time may varies for different country:

  • Standard: via USPS international mail 5-10 business days
  • Standard international shipment via USPS for a flat rate of : $5.99 US Dollars

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find your order’s status and shipment tracking number in the “my orders” section in “my account”. If you are not registered, please check the tracking number in the confirmation email from us.
